By accessing our website or entering a manufacturing or supply agreement with Bionza LifeSciences, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.

You must be a legally registered business or authorized representative to engage in manufacturing with us. Individuals not associated with a business are not eligible.

All orders must be confirmed in writing. Once approved, changes to formulas, packaging, or quantity may incur additional charges. We follow strict quality and compliance procedures for all manufactured products.

All trademarks, packaging designs, formulations, and marketing assets provided by the client remain their property. Bionza LifeSciences’ processes, SOPs, and internal systems remain our proprietary assets.

Payments must be made as per agreed schedules. Delayed payments may result in halted production or late fees. No goods are released until full payment is received.
